TVAMHS is an integrated mental health and addiction agency providing community-based supports and services to individuals living in London and the counties of Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford, and South Huron. CMHA TVAMHS is one of the largest branches in the national CMHA federation, with more than 650 employees and approximately 300 volunteers, serving communities across three counties with a total population of over 635,000. The organization was established in April 2021 when three organizations (Addiction Services of Thames Valley, CMHA Elgin-Middlesex, and CMHA Oxford) united to better serve the mental health and addiction needs of the Thames Valley Region.
This advanced (PhD 2+, Program-sanctioned Hours) placement would be with the Treatment and Recovery team, which provides counselling, case management, court and justice services and addiction treatment across the region. This clinical placement would focus on providing 1:1 and potential group counselling support to those struggling with mental health and/or other concerns. Placement students would have their own caseload that they independently manage and would be able to assist with group co-facilitation, such as the intensive DBT group. This opportunity would be a hybrid of in office and virtual work.

The London Family Court Clinic is a non-profit mental health agency in London, Ontario, Canada, which advocates for the special needs of children and families involved in the justice system.
