Clinical interests: I see clients across development (infants/toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults). I provide assessment, individual psychotherapy, parent-child relational therapy, and parent consultation support. Common primary presenting issues are: anxiety, depression, adjustment, attachment, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, OCD, dealing with divorce, and complex relationship issues. My underlying theoretical orientation is from an emotion-focused and attachment perspective and I integrate contemporary object relations and emotion focused approaches. I draw from cognitive behavioural, solution focused, and client-centred approaches depending on client issues and needs.
