Clinical interests: I own an online private practice where I provide assessment and psychotherapy to adults and couples. The adult practice encompasses anxiety and mood disorders, with a smaller percentage of individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and chronic pain (including genito-pelvic pain disorder). The couples practice encompasses issues such as: improving poor communication, emotion regulation to reduce high conflict, healing following infidelity, desire discrepancy, mismatched sexual orientation, grief regarding infertility and adjusting to separation or divorce.

I conceptualize and provide CBT- based interventions for adults. I conceptualize and provide couples treatment based on Gottman-based principles and interventions. I use DBT-based interventions for emotion regulation with characterological issues generally presenting within my couples therapy practice. I conceptualize and provide CBT-mindfulness based interventions for sexual dysfunctions.

Research interests: My PhD research was on hypersexual disorder, and other-specified sexual dysfunction in the DSM-IV-TR and conceptualized clinically within the sexual health literature as out-of-control sexual behavior.
Currently I am studying under a health psychologist to expand the scope of my competencies to include health psychology to deepen my theoretical and clinical understanding of sexual dysfunctions. Specifically, I am interested in erectile disorder, female orgasmic disorder, sexual arousal/interest disorders, and genito-pelvic pain disorder. I am particularly interested in the mindfulness-based interventions for erectile, pain and arousal disorders which have been tested in various clinical interventions.
