Client Populations - Diverse population adolescents and adults with wide range of presenting problems including military veterans, Indigenous populations and LGBTQIA2S+ identifying folks. Theoretical Approach - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative CBT, Mindfulness Meditation, Emotion Regulation approaches, Attachment Theory. Aim to be trauma sensitive, affirmative and culturally safe.
