Clinical interests: My Clinical interests are aligned with my research interests (below), and include the assessment and treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions following trauma exposure. As a psychologist working within the Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic, I provide specialized individual mental health services to Veterans and members of the Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP. This includes assessment and treatment of mental health disorders for those who are referred to the OSI Clinic as a result of traumatic stress injuries, along with the provision of couple therapy. My theoretical orientation and case formulation are predominantly based on the principles and practices of cognitive behavioural therapy, with the integration of other evidence-based approaches as appropriate to best support patient goals and presenting concerns (e.g., motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioural therapy, family systems, Gottman method).
