Clinical interests: I provide both individual and couple therapy. Common presenting issues for couples include recovery from infidelity, conflict management and communication training, and addressing emotional and sexual disconnect.  Common presenting issues for individual therapy include depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. My approach is essentially psychodynamic/relational/emotion-focused, but incorporates both mindfulness practices and CBT when appropriate (e.g. exposure/progressive relaxation with anxiety; behavioural activation for depression)
