Profile
Jody Culham is a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Immersive Neuroscience. She completed a BSc (Hon) in Psychology at the University of Calgary and a PhD in Psychology from Harvard University before doing a postdoctoral fellowship at Western.
Dr. Culham’s research investigates how vision is used for perception and action in the real world using behavioral methods and functional neuroimaging. The lab is particularly interested in new techniques like virtual reality, simulated 3D, and video games can increase realism and enable new theoretical questions.
