PSAC Local 610

This service is for Graduate Students who are or have been a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) within the current academic year and have experienced discrimination or harassment. If the perpetrator is a member of PSAC, a Charge of discrimination or harassment can be submitted and investigated by PSAC. However, it is most relevant for individuals who experience discrimination and/or harassment at a PSAC-related activity (e.g., committee meeting, event), if the person you are considering filing a Charge against is PSAC personnel (e.g., Executives, Committee Members), or if an incident happens while acting in your capacity as a GTA. If the perpetrator is a faculty member or departmental administrator you may file a Grievance against the Employer.
